general conditions of the Hotel Bastille Spéria
Cancellation policies:
Refundable offers: The reservation can be changed or cancelled free of charge until 15:00 (local time), the day before arrival. After this period or in the event of a no-show at the hotel, the first night of the stay will be charged per room booked.
Guarantee: A valid credit card number will be required to guarantee the reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to issue a pre-authorization to guarantee your reservation. The above deposit must correspond to: 1 night for stays of less than 7 nights.
Non-refundable offers: As soon as the reservation is made, 100% of the reservation will be charged. By accepting the general conditions of sale, you authorize the hotel to charge your credit card for the total amount as specified in the description of the offer. In this case no refund will be made, even in case of cancellation or reservation not honored.
Reservation is not changeable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Guarantee: We will ask you for an identity document and the bank card debited in the same name as that of the person who booked.
Groups: For bookings of more than 6 rooms, the group sales conditions will apply. The hotel reservations department will submit them to you for approval in order to confirm your reservation. Group sales conditions vary according to the total number of nights and the desired period of stay.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Arrival time: 15:00. Departure time: 12:00. Tourist tax: €5.53 per person, per night. Our packages are subject to special conditions.
How to cancel: The confirmation email you receive after making your reservation contains complete information about how to cancel your online reservation.
Anti-tobacco policy: The Hotel Bastille Spéria is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is strictly forbidden in hotel rooms. Smoking results in the payment of an additional night. Other fees may also apply, including property damage, expensive cleaning procedures, fire alarms, etc.
Children: All children are welcome. Children over 3 years of age will be charged at the adult rate at this property.
Age restriction: Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in.
Domestic animals: Small pets are allowed on request (an additional charge may apply).
CONDITIONS FOR LATE PENALTIES
“In accordance with Article L. 441-6 paragraph 12 of the Commercial Code, a late payment penalty of 3% per year (minimum 3 times the legal interest rate) will be payable in the absence of payment the day after the payment date on the invoice. For any professional, in addition to late payment, any sum, including the deposit, not paid by its due date, will automatically result in the payment of a fixed compensation of 40 euros in respect of recovery costs (L.441-6 and D. 441.5 of the Commercial Code)”.
ABSENCE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
” In accordance with article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal on the provision of accommodation and catering services”.
MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavour to find an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the consumer has the option of referring free of charge to the consumer mediator responsible for the professional, namely the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO), within one year from the date of the written complaint sent to the professional. The referral to the consumer mediator must be made: - either by completing the form provided for this purpose on the AME CONSO website: www.mediationconso-de.com; - or by mail addressed to AME CONSO, 197 Boulevard Saint-Germain - 75007 PARIS.
